Sworn in as Secretary of Defense Doskozil

Federal President Heinz Fischer has sworn in the former Burgenland National Police Director Hanspeter Doskozil ( SPÖ ) as defense minister on Tuesday . Fischer praised equal to three new SPÖ Minister . Besides Doskozil also Alois Stoeger ( SPÖ ) as Minister of Social Affairs and Gerald Klug ( SPÖ ) was sworn in as Minister of Infrastructure . The reshuffles had become necessary because Social Minister Rudolf Hundstorfer was named the SPÖ - presidential candidates .Hanspeter Doskozil is the newcomer to the ministerial roster. With the Ministry of Defence he gets a big construction site: Money is tight, the call for reforms in size. "Huge challenge" After his swearing Doskozil described his post as "huge challenge."
