Sam Reece has been the centre of attention while his girlfriend Stephanie Davis has continued to indulge in a flirtation with Jeremy McConnell on Celebrity Big Brother.
But Georgia Thomson, a barmaid from Dundee, has sensationally claimed that the bearded model slept with her in Magaluf last summer while he was in a committed relationship with the actress.
Slamming Sam's own behaviour amid the backlash Stephanie is facing over her behaviour on CBB, the 20-year-old revealed Sam is 'not as innocent as everyone thinks'.
However, a representative for Sam has said: 'Sam denies the allegations.'
Speaking to The Mirror, Georgia explained that she met the Sheffield native during the 2015 summer season in the Majorcan resort.
Following the criticism Stephanie has faced since growing close to Irish model, Jeremy, 25, Georgia explained that she felt the need to share her story.
She told the newspaper: 'Obviously in recent articles, it's being portrayed as if he's [Sam's] the victim… But obviously I know that he's done this. He's not as innocent as everyone thinks.'
Georgia alleges she had a one night stand with the tattooed model after meeting in one of the island's more popular nightclubs, The Project.
Having left work at a bar that evening she caught the eye of Sam, who was enjoying himself in the VIP section of the club with two pals.
Following up on his flirtatious behaviour she explained that Sam and herself left the club a short while later, heading back to her apartment with two friends - but not before he bought them matching bracelets as souvenirs.
Finding herself left alone with the bearded model when they got back to her flat, she explained that while she had an inkling that he had a girlfriend, Sam was the one to initiate their steamy tryst.
However, while she was attracted to the former First Dates contestant, the pretty brunette revealed she was left disappointed with their night of passion.
Shedding light on their brief tryst together, she explained: 'It was all him. Really. I was quite shocked, but at the same time I was like, 'I really fancy him'… It wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be.'
And the following morning the tattooed model appeared to be more concerned about Stephanie finding out than seeing Georgia again.
Recalling his behaviour in the cold hard light of day, she said: 'When he was getting dressed to leave, he said 'I'll see you around', and said 'please don't tweet about it because obviously you know I've got a girlfriend'.'
Taking several photos throughout their time together in Magaluf, Georgia documented her meeting with the model.
Stood smiling next to Sam - who flashes a winning smile for the camera - the raven-haired barmaid can be seen cosying up close to the inked-up hunk.
And in several other pictures, the bracelets that she claims he bought them both can be seen.
Snapping a picture of a tattoo reading 'Georgia' on what appears to be Sam's arm, she cheekily added a caption reading: 'Weird that Sam [has] got my name on him.'
Meanwhile a final picture shows a sheepish Sam in a black longline vest and shorts descending a flight of stairs in an apartment.
Sporting his signature manbun - which he has since traded in for a slicked back look - the model and former Sheffield Wednesday player appears to be preparing to leave the abode.
Meanwhile, taking a defiant stance against Georgia's claims, Sam took to his Twitter account, writing: 'Don't believe everything you read... It's laughable.'
At the time of Sam's supposed infidelity Stephanie was in the midst of a turbulent period in her career, as the actress was fired from Hollyoaks after turning up to the set under the influence of alcohol.
Georgia claimed her suspicions of Sam and Stephanie's relationship status was confirmed when she posted a heartfelt message of love to the model via Instagram.
The day after the supposed romp happened, Stephanie posted a snap of her and Sam in a loveheart-shaped frame.
Captioning the picture, she wrote: 'Not long my baby @samreece7 so excited to see u ahhhh. Together again then I'm not leaving your side! God how I've missed u my rock xxxx [Sic].'
The latest twist in Sam and Stephanie's relationship comes just days after Sam was said to have been left 'devastated' following Stephanie's on-screen behaviour with Jeremy.
Reacting to her passionate behaviour with the former Mr. Ireland contestant, a friend of the model told MailOnline that, despite a seemingly stoic front, Sam has been struggling to come to terms with her actions on national
'Sam's very upset. He's heartbroken and devastated. He can't quite believe what he's been watching on Celebrity Big Brother,' the insider confessed.
He didn't expect in a million years to see what's been happening with Stephanie.
'When he said goodbye to her going into the house, he thought this was just going to be a wonderful experience for her, but he's just really shocked now.'
And while it isn't known if Sam is going to stick by Stephanie when she leaves the house, he previously caused a stir when he announced he wouldn't be supporting her on Twitter for the duration of the programme.
There were claims made that Sam - who began dating Stephanie last spring after his failed attempt to find love on Channel 4 show First Dates - had dumped her, but these were later denied.
A source exclusively told MailOnline that the pair remain together, saying: 'Steph and Sam are one of the strongest couples going. It would take far more than this for them to split up.
'Their relationship is so strong and they trust each other implicitly, it is hard with Stephanie being away but Sam is waiting for her when she comes out.'
