Lionel Richie Tribute at 2016 Grammys: John Legend, Demi Lovato, Meghan Trainor, Luke Bryan & Tyrese Perform

Just two days after the MusiCares Person of the Year gala honored Lionel Richie and raised a record $7 million for the organization, a diverse array of contemporary artists took the stage at the 2016 Grammys to pay homage to the 66-year-old legend.

Performing an assortment of Richie's solo hits and his best-known songs with theCommodores, the six-song medley brought together John Legend, Demi Lovato, Luke Bryan, Meghan Trainor, Tyrese and Richie himself, who joined the crew at the end for a rousing sing-along to "All Night Long" that got everyone in the crowd clapping.

Here's who sang what in order of performance (original artist in parenthesis):

John Legend - "Easy" (Commodores)
Demi Lovato - "Hello" (Richie)
Luke Bryan - "Penny Lover" (Richie)
Meghan Trainor - "You Are" (Richie)
Tyrese Gibson - "Brick House" (Commodores)
Lionel Richie & Group - "All Night Long" (Richie)

Legend's vocals were the most on-point, but Tyrese definitely brought more energy to his solo spot than anyone else. Legend previously performed "Easy" at the MusiCares event on Saturday, while Dave Grohl made a surprise appearance that night to sing "You Are."
